SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
MAY 24, 2004

The special meeting of the Sleepy Hollow Corporate
Authorities was called to order at 6:50 p.m. 
In attendance were President Pickett, Trustees Ander, Finney, Grom,
Wind, and Ziemba, and Clerk Olson.

President Pickett explained that the purpose of the
special meeting was to discuss permits for Lot 48 (936 Willow Lane, and Lot 49
(938 Willow Lane)

Trustee Finney explained the facts regarding these
lots.  These lots require board permit
approval because they are located in a soil limitation area. Mr. Finney stated
that the Kane County requirements had been met for these lots and that our
engineer had approved the lots.  The
board requested that Code Enforcement Officer Kruse monitor these lots closely
as the work proceeds to endure that all requirements are met, especially those
of the federal government. 

ZIEMBA MOVED WITH A SECOND FROM WIND TO APPROVE THE
BUILDING PERMITS FOR LOTS 48 AND 49, 936 AND 938 WILLOW LANE,
RESPECTIVELY.  MOTION PASSED.

ZIEMBA MOVED WITH A SECOND FROM WIND TO ADJOURN THE
MEETING AT 7:05 P.M.  MOTION PASSED.
