SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 9, 2001
The special meeting of the Sleepy Hollow Corporate Authorities was reconvened at 12:05 p.m. In attendance were President Pickett; Trustees Getz, Grom, and Morris; and Clerk Olson.
The meeting was called for the purpose of preparing questions to be included in a survey to Village residents.
The last draft of questions prepared from second meeting on December 2, 2001 were reviewed and modifications suggested. The Board proposed a few additional questions to be added to the survey, but noted that we need the financial information prior to proceeding further on the survey content. There will be another meeting scheduled, if necessary, after financial information is received and reviewed.
GETZ MOVED WITH A SECOND FROM MORRIS TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 1:30 P.M. MOTION PASSED BY VOICE VOTE.
