SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 16, 2000
MINUTES
The reconvened meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Trustee Czerniawski moved with a second from Trustee Morris to reconvene this meeting from August 16, 2000. The motion was passed by voice vote. In attendance were President Shields; Trustees Czerniawski, Merkel, Morris, Nemec, Pickett and Rzonca; Attorney Schuster; and Clerk Olson.
MORRIS MOVED WITH A SECOND FROM CZERNIAWSKI TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 7:30 P.M. FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PENDING LITIGATION PURSUANT TO ’2(C)(11) OF THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT. MOTION PASSED BY VOICE VOTE.
