EXECUTIVE MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 19,1998
The executive session of the Board of Trustees was convened at 8:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussing executive minutes pursuant to Section 2c(21) of the Open Meetings Act. In attendance were President Shields; Trustees Czerniawski, DeBolt, Harney, Merkel, and Nemec; and Clerk Olson.
HARNEY MOVED WITH A SECOND FROM CZERNIAWSKI TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF JANUARY 5,1998 AS SUBMITTED. MOTION PASSED BY VOICE VOTE.
There has been no word from the Village Attorney on the status of the Geske/MIFT settlement or the Bohanek matter.
HARNEY MOVED WITH A SECOND FROM DEBOLT TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 8:35 P.M. MOTION PASSED BY VOICE VOTE.
